There was a random woman knocking on our door late at night, adding some chaos to the experience. Check-in through the window felt odd, especially since the lobby was closed during our stay. I appreciated the reasonable price but wished they had more amenities like laundry supplies available for guests. Overall, the staff were kind and helpful, despite some inconveniences that detracted from the experience.
